BlitzenX is building deep capability in enterprise insurance platforms. We are hiring experienced Java engineers who want to specialize in large-scale insurance systems, including Guidewire. This is not a generic Java role. This is a specialization track into enterprise insurance platforms. You will be expected to transition from pure Java development into Guidewire configuration and integration while maintaining engineering rigor at scale.

What You Will Own

• Design and develop enterprise-grade insurance system components.
• Work across both Guidewire configuration (Gosu, business rules, workflows, product model) and Guidewire integrations (APIs, messaging, external system connectivity).
• Build and maintain Java-based services supporting insurance platform integrations.
• Develop REST/SOAP services and integration layers.
• Understand policy lifecycle, claims lifecycle, and insurance domain workflows.
• Troubleshoot performance, scalability, and data integrity issues.
• Contribute to architecture discussions and integration strategy.
• Deliver production-ready, high-quality code — not prototypes.

This role requires learning and mastering Guidewire configuration and integration as core responsibilities. Comfort staying only in Java will not work here.
