Job summary

BlitzenX Solutions is seeking a seasoned Guidewire Architect to lead the design and architecture of enterprise-grade insurance applications using the Guidewire InsuranceSuite. This role requires deep expertise across PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, and ClaimCenter to drive transformation in P&C solutions.

You will own end-to-end architecture, define integration strategies, mentor teams, and collaborate with stakeholders while ensuring governance and best practices across projects.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in P&C insurance tech.
• 5+ years in Guidewire platform (PC/BC/CC).
• Guidewire Configuration, Integration, and Rating.
• Guidewire Cloud, Edge APIs, GOSU programming.
• Solution/Technical Architect in Guidewire implementations.
• DevOps, CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes experience a plus.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end architecture for Guidewire implementations (PC/BC/CC).
• Design scalable, secure, high-performing Guidewire solutions.
• Provide architectural leadership on large Guidewire projects.
• Define integration strategies with external systems (ISO, gateways, CRM).
• Lead onshore/offshore teams; mentor developers and tech leads.
• Collaborate with product owners, enterprise architects, and stakeholders.
• Ensure adherence to standards, governance, and best practices.
• Conduct code reviews and performance optimization guidance.

About the Role:BlitzenX is seeking aseasoned Guidewire Architectto lead the design and architecture of enterprise-grade insurance applications using the Guidewire InsuranceSuite platform. This role demands deep expertise across PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, and ClaimCenter, and is ideal for someone ready to drive transformation and innovation in P&C insurance solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Own end-to-end architecture for Guidewire implementations (PC/BC/CC).

Design scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions within Guidewire and integrated systems.

Provide architectural leadership on large-scale Guidewire projects including greenfield implementations and cloud migrations.

Define integration strategies with external systems (e.g., ISO, payment gateways, CRM).

Lead technical teams across onshore/offshore models; mentor developers and tech leads.

Collaborate with product owners, enterprise architects, and business stakeholders.

Ensure solutions comply with architectural standards, best practices, and governance.

Conduct code reviews and provide performance optimization guidance.

Must-Have Skills:

10+ years in P&C insurance tech, with 5+ years in Guidewire platform (PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, ClaimCenter).

Deep knowledge of Guidewire Configuration, Integration, and Rating.

Strong experience with Guidewire Cloud, Edge APIs, GOSU programming.

Proven success as a Solution or Technical Architect in Guidewire implementations.

Experience with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes is a plus.

Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to Have:

Guidewire Certification (Architect or Developer)
