The ideal candidate has deep configuration and integration experience, strong Java fundamentals, and a disciplined approach to engineering, including Test-Driven Development (TDD).

Qualifications

• 1.5+ years hands‑on Guidewire development experience.
• Strong configuration and integration skills for PolicyCenter and BillingCenter.
• Active Guidewire Certifications: PolicyCenter and BillingCenter (ACE or Associate preferred).
• Proficient in Java, OOP, and design patterns.
• Experience developing and consuming REST APIs.
• Experience with unit testing frameworks and Agile environments.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement solutions in PolicyCenter and BillingCenter.
• Perform configuration work including business rules and workflows.
• Customize Guidewire applications using Gosu.
• Build and maintain integrations using REST and SOAP services.
• Develop backend services in Java and ensure secure, scalable patterns.
• Apply TDD, maintain unit tests, and support production troubleshooting.

Senior Guidewire Engineer (Policy Center & Billing Center)

We are seeking an experienced Senior Guidewire Engineer with strong hands‑on expertise in both Policy Center and Billing Center. This individual will play a critical role in designing, configuring, and integrating Guidewire solutions that support enterprise insurance operations.

The ideal candidate has deep configuration and integration experience, strong Java fundamentals, and a disciplined approach to engineering, including Test-Driven Development (TDD).

Key Responsibilities

• 1.Design and implement solutions in PolicyCenter and BillingCenter
• 2.Perform configuration work including:
• Business Rules
• Workflows
• Batch processes
• 3.Customize and extend Guidewire applications using Gosu

Integration Development

• 1.Build and maintain integrations using:
• REST and SOAP services
• Messaging systems (where applicable)
• 2.Develop and maintain backend services using Java
• 3.Ensure secure and scalable integration patterns

• Apply Test-Driven Development (TDD) practices
• Maintain strong unit test coverage
• Follow clean code and OOP design principles
• Support production troubleshooting and root cause analysis
• Work closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, QA, and DevOps teams
• Translate business requirements into technical design
• Contribute to architectural discussions and technical planning

Required Qualifications

• 1.5+ years of hands‑on Guidewire development experience
• 2.Strong experience in both:
• PolicyCenter
• 3.Active Guidewire Certifications:
• PolicyCenter (Associate or ACE preferred)
• BillingCenter (Associate or ACE preferred)
• 4.Strong understanding of:
