Job summary

NVIDIA is seeking a Senior Software Engineer for the DRIVE SW team in India (Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Pune). The role focuses on safety and security‑driven system software, bring-up for Tegra SOCs, and scalable software architecture across the DRIVE platform.

You will work with a collaborative automotive team to push high‑performance, secure automotive software. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in embedded systems, strong C/C++/Python skills, and experience with bootloaders, RTOS, QNX, and Linux.

Qualifications

• BS/MS in electrical engineering, computer science, or computer engineering with 5+ years embedded systems experience.
• Strong knowledge of computer architecture, OS fundamentals, and embedded software.
• Proficient in Python/C/C++, debugging, and bring-up/bootloader/RTOS.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop safety (ISO26262) and security (ISO21434) compliant system software for NVIDIA DRIVE platform for autonomous vehicles.
• Perform bring-up for next-generation Tegra SOC hardware and systems.
• Architect and design software across DRIVE platform OS flavours and large software stack.
