Job summary

Dentsu Aegis Network Ltd. in Bengaluru is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to architect and lead Salesforce Data Cloud-based solutions, delivering scalable data models, ingestion pipelines, and activation workflows.

You will integrate Data Cloud with Marketing Cloud Personalization and MCP, working with marketing, analytics and engineering teams, and mentoring juniors while ensuring data quality and privacy compliance.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Data Cloud including ingestion, unification and activation
• Strong understanding of identity resolution, consent management and profile stitching
• Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, MCP, Journey Builder and Interaction Studio
• Proficiency in REST/SOAP API integrations and data connectors
• SQL, Python or JavaScript for data manipulation and automation
• Experience integrating Data Cloud with MarTech platforms
• Familiarity with data governance and privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA) and performance optimization

Business Title: Senior Software Engineer - CDP Platforms

Years of Experience: 4 to 7 years

We are seeking a skilled and forward-thinking Technical Lead to architect and lead the delivery of solutions using Salesforce Data Cloud. This role is ideal for professionals who have hands-on experience with Data Cloud, and a strong foundation in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including Marketing Cloud Personalization (MCP). You will be responsible for designing scalable data architectures, managing ingestion and activation workflows, and integrating Data Cloud with other MarTech platforms to enable unified customer profiles and personalized experiences. The role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams including marketing, analytics, and engineering.

Must-Have Skills

• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Data Cloud, including data ingestion, unification, and activation
• Strong understanding of identity resolution, consent management, and customer profile stitching
• Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, especially MCP, Journey Builder, and Interaction Studio
• Proficiency in API integrations (REST, SOAP) and data connectors
