Job summary

Dentsu Aegis Network Ltd. in India is seeking a Senior Technical Architect to lead enterprise-scale CDP and MarTech architecture strategy and delivery. You will influence senior stakeholders and drive digital transformation roadmaps across CDP, CRM, AdTech, Analytics, and AI solutions.

The role blends deep technical depth with business acumen to enable consultative engagements and thought leadership. You will guide multi-platform integrations and define future-state architectures.

Qualifications

Job Description: We are seeking a Senior Technical Architect with a strong consultative mindset to lead enterprise-scale architecture strategy and delivery for Customer Data Platforms (CDPs) and integrated MarTech ecosystems. This role demands deep technical expertise, strategic advisory skills, and the ability to influence senior stakeholders while driving digital transformation roadmaps. You will act as a trusted advisor to clients, define future-state architectures, and lead multi-platform integrations across CDP, CRM, AdTech, Analytics, and AI solutions. The ideal candidate combines technical depth with business acumen, enabling consultative engagements and thought leadership.

Must have skills

• Proven experience architecting and leading CDP implementations (AEP, Treasure Data, Zeta, Tealium, etc.)AEP (RT-CDP, AJO, CJA, Workfront), Action IQ, Braze (CDP), Telium, Zeta, Treasure Data, Growth Loop, Hi-Touch, SFDC etc.. Strong focus on AEP and AJO is a must
• Strong understanding of composable CDP architecture and data privacy principles
• Advanced data engineering skills including real-time and batch ingestion pipelines
• Expertise in API integrations (REST, SOAP, GraphQL) and event-driven architectures
• Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, or Node.js for scripting and automation
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and big data technologies
• Strong understanding of identity resolution, audience segmentation, and activation workflows.
• Deep experience incorporating AI/ML into MarTech/CDP ecosystems: especially leveraging agentic AI frameworks for automated data quality, insight generation, journey orchestration, and operational automation. Ability to design architectures that embed AI agents as first-class components within the CDP stack

Good to have skills

• CDP Expertise: Treasure Data, Tealium, Hi-Touch (in addition to AEP/AJO)
• Enterprise Architecture & Consulting: TOGAF or equivalent frameworks, Solution consulting and pre-sales experience
• Experience with Customer Journey Orchestration tools (AJO, Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud)
• Familiarity with reverse ETL tools like Hi-Touch or Census
• Hands-on experience with data governance, consent management, and PII handling
• Knowledge of data formats and transformation (JSON, Parquet, Avro)
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
• Client-facing experience with stakeholder management and solution presentations
• Exposure to CDP evaluation and vendor selection processes

Key responsibilities

• Evaluate new tools and technologies to enhance CDP capabilities

Education Qulification

• Bachelors in Engineering with a specialisation in Computer Science, Data , IT
• Graduate from other fields with good communication and analytical skills

• AD0-E602 Adobe Real-Time CDP Business Practitioner Professional OR Higher
• AD0-E607 Adobe Journey Optimizer Business Practitioner Professional OR Higher
• Other CDP certifications (Salesforce, Treasure Data)
