Job summary

Brillio is seeking a Senior Software Development Lead with 8+ years of Salesforce experience to drive design and deployment across Service, Sales, and Experience Clouds. You will lead cross-functional teams, oversee complex integrations, and optimize the Salesforce data model to scale with business needs.

The role requires hands-on leadership in solution design, deployment, and CI/CD practices, including Copado, Gearset, and Git. Bangalore-based, with global collaboration across Agile teams.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience including leadership in solution design and deployment.
• Experience across Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Experience Cloud with large-scale deployments.
• Strong skills in Apex Triggers, Visualforce, formulas, workflows, and sharing rules.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and deployment of scalable Salesforce solutions across Service, Sales, Experience, and Marketing Clouds.
• Oversee customization/configuration using Salesforce objects, fields, page layouts, and security.
• Develop integrations with REST/SOAP APIs and manage authentication (OAuth, SSO, JWT).
• Optimize data model, enforce Governor Limits, and ensure performance.
• Lead CI/CD processes with Copado, Gearset, Jenkins, and Git.
• Utilize SFDX, Scratch Orgs, and Unlocked Packages for streamlined delivery.
• Collaborate in Agile/Scrum teams to deliver high-quality solutions and manage multiple projects.
• Troubleshoot complex Salesforce issues to ensure robust operations.

Senior Software Development Lead

Job requirements

Experience Range: With at least 8+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce Service Cloud and related modules, including leadership in solution design and deployment Key Responsibilities:

• Drive the design and implementation of scalable Salesforce solutions across Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Marketing Cloud to meet organizational goals
• Lead customization and configuration efforts on Salesforce platforms, utilizing Apex Triggers, Classes, Visual Force, Formulas, Workflows, Approval processes, Custom objects and fields, Sharing Rules, Page layouts, Record types, Permission Sets, Reports, and Dashboards
