Brillio is seeking a Software Development Lead with 4–6 years of hands-on software development experience, especially in Salesforce Service Cloud.

You will design scalable solutions around Case Management, Digital Engagement, Field Service and Self Service, lead LWC/Apex/Flows implementations, and ensure seamless data exchange through APIs and Salesforce DX. Mentor juniors, drive performance metrics, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality portals.

Formación

• Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud and related technologies.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a closely related discipline

Job Requirements

Experience Range: 4 to 6 years of experience in software development, including substantial hands‑on expertise with Salesforce Service Cloud and related technologies

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable solutions on Salesforce Service Cloud, focusing on Case Management, Digital Engagement, Field Service, and Self Service modules to drive operational excellence
• Lead the implementation of Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex classes, Flows, and Platform Events to enhance business processes and user experience, ensuring timely delivery of project milestones
• Integrate Salesforce Service Cloud with external systems and applications using APIs, middleware, and Salesforce DX to enable seamless data exchange and process automation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality Portal UI/UX, ensuring intuitive interfaces and improved user satisfaction scores
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in Salesforce environments, maintaining system reliability and performance metrics
• Mentor and guide junior developers, promoting best practices in coding standards, testing, and deployment within Salesforce ecosystems
• Monitor and analyze platform performance, recommending and implementing enhancements to improve scalability, security, and maintainability
