Responsibilities

• Work closely with the engineering team to guide development activities.
• Support developers in reviewing implementations and resolving challenges.
• Help maintain consistent coding and architectural standards across the team.

Code Review & Quality Assurance

• Review application code (including AI‑assisted outputs) to ensure quality and correctness.
• Identify improvements related to performance, scalability, and maintainability.
• Ensure basic security and best practices are followed.

Process Improvement

• Contribute to improving development workflows and team processes.
• Help introduce practical approaches to AI‑assisted development usage.
• Identify simple ways to improve efficiency and reduce unnecessary effort or cost.
• Participate in discussions around application architecture and design decisions.
• Validate APIs, database structures, and integrations at a high level.
• Assist in troubleshooting and improving existing systems when required.
• Work with product, design, QA and DevOps teams to ensure smooth delivery.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum activities and team discussions.
