• Coding using AI – Leverage AI tools to accelerate development, improve quality, and enhance productivity.
• Secure & Efficient Development – Write secure, reusable, and performant code to high standards, enforcing best practices through code reviews.
• Full Lifecycle Participation – Contribute across all phases, from requirement analysis to development and post-deployment maintenance.
• Agile Collaboration – Work within Agile teams to implement features, guide junior developers, and ensure iterative delivery.
