Key responsibilities

• 8 to 12 years of experience as a full stack developer
• Hands-on experience deploying and maintaining applications in production, including CI/CD workflows and cloud platforms.
• Practical experience leveraging AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Claude, Cursor, Windsurf, ChatGPT, or similar) to improve engineering productivity and software quality.
• Demonstrated ability to integrate AI-assisted workflows into day-to-day engineering practice, from code generation and review to debugging and documentation.
• Proven ability to lead by example — you guide technical direction, mentor peers, and raise the bar for the whole team.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the confidence to align stakeholders and drive clarity across teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a relentless commitment to code quality.

Your profile

• Demonstrated leadership experience in a technical lead or team lead capacity, with ownership of delivery, technical direction, and team outcomes.
• A track record of championing new ideas, introducing better tooling or processes, and driving continuous improvement.
• Experience building and maintaining applications using modern frontend frameworks such as React or Angular.
• Experience with containerisation and orchestration technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with microservices architecture and distributed systems.
• Experience building AI-powered applications using LLMs, RAG, agent-based architectures, or related AI technologies.
• Experience implementing observability solutions, including monitoring, logging, and tracing.
• Knowledge of security best practices and secure software development principles.
• Experience mentoring engineers and fostering technical growth within teams.
