Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems and REST APIs.
• Build secure, high-performance microservices.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well‑tested code.
• Conduct code reviews and enforce engineering best practices.
• Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Integrate databases, third‑party services, and cloud platforms.
• Troubleshoot production issues and support CI/CD workflows.
• Collaborate with Product, QA, DevOps, and Frontend teams.
• Leverage AI tools to improve development productivity.

Requirements

• Candidates must hold a B.Tech / M.Tech / BCA / MCA from a Tier 1 institution (IITs, NITs, or equivalent institutes).
• 4+ years of work experience with Node.js.
• Proficiency in NestJS or Express.js.
• Experience building REST APIs and microservices.
• Experience with MySQL and MongoDB.
• Experience with Redis and JWT/OAuth.
• Proficiency with Git, Docker, and CI/CD.
• Basic knowledge of AWS, Azure, or GCP.

AI Development Experience (Must Have)

• Hands‑on experience with tools like Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Gemini Code Assist.
• Ability to use AI for coding, debugging, testing, documentation, and refactoring.
• Understanding of AI‑assisted software engineering best practices.

Good to Have

• System Design and Distributed Systems experience.
