• Manage the complete execution of projects at the site level from commencement to handover.
• Prepare and monitor project schedules, milestones, budgets, and resource requirements.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, vendors, engineers, and internal teams.
• Supervise day-to-day site activities and ensure work progressing per drawings and specs.
• Monitor progress and ensure timely completion within approved budgets.
• Manage manpower, subcontractors, materials, equipment, and site resources effectively.
• Review drawings, BOQs, specifications, and project requirements.
• Identify and resolve site-related technical, operational, and coordination issues.
• Ensure construction/fit-out activities comply with quality standards.
• Conduct regular site inspections and progress meetings.
• Monitor project costs and control expenses.
• Ensure proper documentation, measurements, reports, and project records.
• Coordinate procurement and ensure timely materials availability.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and statutory requirements.
• Identify project risks and implement corrective actions.
• Prepare progress reports for management.
• Coordinate testing, commissioning, snag rectification, and final handover.
• Ensure projects meet scope, quality, cost, and timeline.

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Senior Site Project Manager to oversee and manage projects from planning and execution through completion. The candidate will be responsible for site operations, project timelines, manpower, contractors, quality, safety, materials, and overall project delivery.

Job location: Mumbai

Candidate Preference:

Candidates currently based in Kerala or originally from Kerala who are willing to relocate to Mumbai will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities:
