Responsibilities

• Supervise daily construction activities and site operations.
• Coordinate and monitor workers, contractors, and subcontractors.
• Ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
• Monitor the quality of materials and workmanship.
• Check site measurements and maintain daily progress records.
• Coordinate with site engineers, project managers, architects, and other stakeholders.
• Ensure proper use, storage, and availability of materials, tools, and equipment.
• Monitor project progress and report delays or site issues to management.
• Implement and maintain site safety procedures and ensure workers use appropriate PPE.
• Identify and resolve routine site-related problems.
• Maintain site documentation, attendance records, material records, and daily reports.
• Ensure the site is kept clean, organized, and compliant with applicable safety requirements.
