Job summary

Ajfan International Retails is seeking an experienced Senior Site Project Manager to supervise site operations, manage timelines, manpower, contractors and quality control from planning through completion.

The role requires oversight of safety, materials, budgets, and coordination with architects, consultants and internal teams to deliver projects on scope, cost and schedule in Mumbai, with willingness to relocate from Kerala as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or related field.
• 10-15 years of relevant project/site management experience.
• Experience handling large-scale construction, commercial, retail, hospitality, interior fit-out, or infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage the complete execution of projects at the site level from commencement to handover.
• Prepare and monitor project schedules, milestones, budgets, and resource requirements.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, vendors, engineers, and internal teams.
• Supervise day-to-day site activities and ensure work is progressing according to approved drawings and specifications.
• Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion within approved budgets.
• Identify project risks and implement corrective actions.
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly progress reports for management.
• Coordinate testing, commissioning, snag rectification, and final handover.

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Senior Site Project Manager to oversee and manage projects from planning and execution through completion. The candidate will be responsible for site operations, project timelines, manpower, contractors, quality, safety, materials, and overall project delivery.

Job location: Mumbai(willing to relocate to Mumbai )

Candidate Preference: Candidates currently based in Kerala or originally from Kerala who are willing to relocate to Mumbai will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the complete execution of projects at the site level from commencement to handover.
• Prepare and monitor project schedules, milestones, budgets, and resource requirements.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, vendors, engineers, and internal teams.
• Supervise day-to-day site activities and ensure work is progressing according to approved drawings and specifications.
• Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion within approved budgets.
• Manage manpower, subcontractors, materials, equipment, and other site resources effectively.
• Review drawings, BOQs, specifications, and project requirements.
• Identify and resolve site-related technical, operational, and coordination issues.
• Ensure construction/fit-out activities comply with approved quality standards.
• Conduct regular site inspections and progress meetings.
• Monitor project costs and control unnecessary expenses.
• Ensure proper documentation, measurements, reports, and project records are maintained.
• Coordinate procurement and ensure timely availability of materials at the site.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and statutory requirements.
• Identify project risks and implement appropriate corrective and preventive actions.
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly progress reports for management.
• Coordinate testing, commissioning, snag rectification, and final handover.
• Ensure projects are completed according to agreed scope, quality, cost, and timeline.

- Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field.

• Minimum 10-15 years of relevant project/site management experience.
• Experience handling large-scale construction, commercial, retail, hospitality, interior fit-out, or infrastructure projects will be preferred.
• Candidates with experience managing multiple contractors and large site teams will have an advantage.
