About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale and complex building construction projects. The role requires strategic oversight, strong leadership, and technical expertise to ensure successful project delivery within time, cost, and quality objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership and direction across all project stages from planning to completion.
• Define project scope, baseline, resources, and contingency plans.
• Lead strategic planning, financial forecasting, and stakeholder communication.
• Oversee quality management systems, third-party inspections, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Manage contract negotiations, claims, and dispute resolutions.
• Direct subcontractor selection, performance evaluation, and coordination across multiple disciplines.
