Job summary

Growqai is seeking a Site Inspection Engineer (Valuation) to be our eyes on the ground, visiting properties and plants, verifying on-site details against documents, and returning clean field data for the reports team.

You will inspect residential, commercial, industrial and agricultural properties, measure land and built-up areas, record construction details, collect local market evidence, and flag issues for the director.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Graduate with interest & basic knowledge in Real Estate.
• Good observation and documentation skills.
• Working knowledge of reading building plans, land records (7/12, property card) and measurement.
• Comfortable with Marathi, Hindi and English for site conversations.
• Valid driving licence; own two-wheeler; smartphone with good camera.
• Physically fit and willing to travel daily, including occasional outstation trips.

Responsibilities

• Conduct physical inspections of properties for various valuations and loans.
• Verify property identity on site against title documents and records.
• Take measurements of land and built-up area and note deviations or additions.
• Record construction specs, age and condition of finishes for projects.
• Photograph the property per bank formats with geo-tagging and dates.
• Gather local market evidence to support rates.
• Support project monitoring visits and record progress against schedule.
• Submit checklists and photos promptly to avoid delays.
• Flag red flags such as occupancy disputes or boundary issues to management.
• Coordinate with report team and provide complete site information.

Site Inspection Engineer (Valuation)

The Site Inspection Engineer is our eyes on the ground: they visit properties and plants, verify what is there against documents, and bring back clean, complete field data the report team can rely on.

Experience: 2–10 years; Travel: Moderate, own two-wheeler essential

Key responsibilities

• Conduct physical inspections of residential, commercial, industrial and agricultural properties for bank loan, NPA/SARFAESI, insurance and private valuations.
• Verify property identity on site: boundaries, survey/CTS/gat numbers, location and access, against title documents, 7/12 extracts, property cards and approved plans.
• Take measurements of land and built-up area; check construction against sanctioned plans and note deviations or unauthorized additions.
• Record construction specifications, age, condition, quality of finishes, amenities and stage of construction for under-construction projects.
• Photograph the property per bank formats: geo-tagged, date-stamped, with the occupant/owner where required.
• Gather local market evidence: enquire with brokers, neighbours and recent transactions to support rates.
• Support LIE and project monitoring visits: record physical progress, materials at site and photographs against the project schedule.
• Submit the site inspection checklist, sketches and photos the same day, so reports are not delayed.
• Flag red flags immediately to the Director: occupancy disputes, mismatch in boundaries, encroachment, demolition risk, or access issues.
• Coordinate with the report-making team and provide complete site information.
