Role & responsibilities

The Field Survey Executive shall be responsible for conducting physical inspections of real estate assets proposed for acquisition, investment, enforcement, valuation, or recovery. The role requires extensive field work involving Residential, Commercial, Industrial, Warehouse, Hospitality, Institutional and Land assets, primarily under NPA, SARFAESI, DRT, NCLT and Insolvency proceedings.

The incumbent shall independently visit properties, verify physical and legal parameters on-site, interact with occupants and local stakeholders, collect intelligence, prepare detailed field reports, capture geo-tagged photographs, identify risks, and provide reliable ground-level inputs for investment decisions.

A. Physical Property Inspection

• Conduct detailed site inspections of properties majorly across Mumbai/MMR Region and other cities as required.
• Verify exact property location using GPS coordinates.
• Ability to read Layouts / Survey Maps / Floor Plans.
• Site/Property Measurement skills.
• Coordinate with the society office bearers and relevant authorities to collect information related the property inspected.

B. Document Management

• Collect, verify, organize, and maintain physical and digital records relating to stressed assets.
• Make a detailed technical and valuation report of the property under consideration.
