Qualifications

An established IBBI-registered valuation advisory firm, empanelled with leading PSU and co-operative banks, including SBI, Bank of Maharashtra, and Cosmos Bank, is looking for a skilled valuation report analyst to join its team.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare bank-ready valuation reports for residential, commercial, and industrial properties.
• Review property title documents, 7/12 extracts, property cards, sanction plans, CC/OC, and RERA records.
• Verify carpet area, built-up area, FSI/TDR, and site measurements.
• Apply cost, sales comparison, and income-based valuation methods using ASR/Ready Reckoner rates.
• Assist in preparing LIE and TEV study reports.

What We’re Looking For
