Eligibility Criteria:

B.Tech/ or Diploma/ or ITI in Civil Engineering/ or Any degree

Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.

Willingness to travel for field inspections.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct on-site land and building inspections.

Measure properties and record building details and boundaries.

Capture property photographs and GPS location details.

Collect nearby property market rates.

Update inspection details and reports through the Site Inspector mobile application.

Payment and Work Details:

Payment: 400 per completed inspection file.

Time per File: Approximately 20 to 30 minutes.

Work Schedule: Flexible, based on availability.

Turnaround Time (TAT): 6 hours to complete and submit the file.

Travel Coverage: Up to 40 km from the candidates PIN code, subject to assignment availability.
