Responsibilities

• Conduct valuation of residential, commercial, industrial, agricultural, and institutional properties.
• Inspect properties to assess location, land extent, building condition, construction quality, and surrounding infrastructure.
• Verify property-related documents such as Sale Deeds, Khata, RTC, Survey Sketches, Approved Plans, Encumbrance Certificates, Lease Deeds, and other relevant records.
• Determine market value, fair value, distress value, and realizable value using Market, Cost, and Income Approaches.
• Collect and analyze market data through field surveys and comparable sales.
• Prepare detailed valuation reports for banks, NBFCs, ARCs, financial institutions, courts, and corporate clients.
• Ensure compliance with IBBI Valuation Standards, RBI guidelines, and client-specific requirements.
• Coordinate with clients, financial institutions, legal teams, and technical personnel for required information.
• Maintain accurate records of inspections, photographs, measurements, and supporting documents.
• Deliver valuation reports within prescribed turnaround time while maintaining accuracy and quality.
