Job summary

P And G Constructions is seeking an experienced Civil Project Leader to drive the end-to-end execution of a major 80 MLD MBR project in Hyderabad. You will plan daily to monthly activities, manage site teams, and ensure work aligns with approved drawings, IS codes, and quality standards.

The role demands strong coordination with planning, QA/QC, and client teams to keep the project on track. Ideal candidates will have 8+ years in civil infrastructure, hands-on experience with large RCC

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in civil infrastructure projects.
• Experience in large RCC water-retaining structures is highly preferred.
• Must have independently managed large RCC projects from foundation to completion.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end execution of the 80 MLD MBR project.
• Prepare and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly work plans.
• Manage site engineers, supervisors, subcontractors, and labour teams.
• Ensure work conforms to drawings, specifications, and IS Codes.
• Oversee RCC works including reinforcement, shuttering, concreting, waterproofing, and water-retaining structures.
• Coordinate with planning, billing, QA/QC, survey, procurement, and client teams.
• Monitor project progress, material use, equipment, and costs.
• Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
• Address technical and execution issues promptly.
• Conduct site reviews and submit progress reports to management.
• Ensure timely completion within budget and quality requirements.

• Supervise RCC works including reinforcement, shuttering, concreting, waterproofing, and water-retaining structures.
• Coordinate with planning, billing, QA/QC, survey, procurement, and client teams.
• Monitor project progress, productivity, material consumption, equipment utilization, and project costs.
• Ensure strict compliance with quality standards and safety regulations.
• Resolve technical and execution-related issues promptly.
• Conduct site review meetings and submit regular progress reports to management.
• Ensure timely completion of the project within budget and quality requirements.

Preferred candidate profile

• 8+ years in civil infrastructure projects.
• Experience in MBR, ESR, GLSR, WTP, STP, Pump Houses, or other large RCC water-retaining structures is highly preferred.
• Must have independently handled large RCC projects from foundation to completion.
