Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and enhance ServiceNow apps using Flow Designer, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Business Rules, Script Includes, and scoped apps.
• Build and deploy RPA automations across platforms (ServiceNow RPA, UiPath, or equivalent).
• Implement AI features using LLMs, AI APIs, cognitive automation, and GenAI frameworks to improve decisioning.
• Develop dynamic UIs and dashboards using AngularJS, JavaScript, HTML, CSS.
• Maintain REST/SOAP API integrations between ServiceNow and external systems.
• Participate in end-to-end automation lifecycle from analysis to hypercare.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities.

The role involves designing, developing, and implementing workflow automations, ServiceNow enhancements, AI-driven solutions, and front-end components while ensuring robust integrations across enterprise systems. The ideal candidate will have deep technical knowledge, hands-on development experience, and a solid understanding of process re-engineering.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and enhance ServiceNow applications using Flow Designer, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Business Rules, Script Includes, and scoped applications.
• Build and deploy RPA automations across supported platforms (ServiceNow RPA, UiPath, or equivalent).
• Implement AI-driven features using LLMs, AI APIs, cognitive automation, and GenAI frameworks to improve decisioning and workflow intelligence
• Modeling & Development: Design, train, evaluate, and optimize ML/DL models (e.g., prediction, classification, recommendation, NLP).
• Develop dynamic user interfaces and dashboards using AngularJS, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and related UI technologies.
• Build and maintain REST/SOAP API integrations between ServiceNow and external enterprise systems.
• Participate in end-to-end automation lifecycle: process analysis, solution design, development, testing, deployment, and hypercare.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and propose technical solutions.
• Support process re-engineering initiatives by analyzing current workflows and recommending efficiency improvements.
• Ensure compliance with best practices related to coding standards, security, scalability, and documentation.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across ServiceNow and integrated systems.
