Job summary

SHI is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer for our Hyderabad office, with immediate joining required. You will design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions aligned with business needs and collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope.

Ideal candidates bring 5-8 years of ServiceNow experience, strong ITIL understanding, and hands-on work with ITSM, CSM, SSM, Financial Management, HRSD, FSM or ITOM modules.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of hands-on experience developing applications on the ServiceNow platform.
• Bachelor's degree in B.Tech or B.E. is required.
• Solid understanding of ITIL and its application in IT environments.
• Experience working with multiple ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, CSM, SSM, Financial Management, HRSD, FSM or ITOM.
