Fidel Softech in Pune, India, is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Integration Developer to design, develop, and maintain secure integrations between ServiceNow, Sunbird dcTrack, and other enterprise systems. The role focuses on API development, workflow automation, data mapping, and integration troubleshooting.

You will build reusable integration actions, monitor with logs and retries, and document payloads and mappings.

• Maintain technical documentation for payloads, authentication, data mappings, and support procedures.
• Follow an out-of-the-box-first, configuration-first, and integration-first approach.
