Responsibilities

• Design and develop custom ServiceNow applications, configurations, and integrations to meet specific organizational needs.
• Create and maintain complex business rules, client scripts, script includes, and UI actions to extend platform functionality.
• Build and customize the Service Catalog and Knowledge Management modules to streamline service requests and information dissemination.

Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years of professional experience in IT Services, with a significant portion dedicated to ServiceNow development.

• Deep technical proficiency in Knowledge Management, Service Catalog configuration, and workflow automation.
• Strong command of scripting languages and components, including Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, and UI Actions.
• Demonstrated experience in building Custom Scoped Applications and utilizing the Now Experience Framework.
• Familiarity with emerging technologies, particularly AI Search integration within the ServiceNow ecosystem.
