Job summary

Netel India is hiring for field service professionals to install, commission, and maintain analytical instruments at customer sites. You will troubleshoot, perform preventive maintenance, and provide on-site technical support along with training for operators.

The role requires strong diagnostic skills, travel to client locations, and adherence to safety standards. You will prepare service reports and coordinate parts while ensuring high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience with gas chromatographs and HPLC systems.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites and work on-site.
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.

Responsibilities

• Install, commission, and configure equipment or systems at customer sites.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical or equipment problems.
• Respond to customer service calls and resolve issues within agreed timelines.
• Conduct inspections, testing, and performance checks.
• Replace faulty components and carry out necessary repairs.
• Provide technical support and guidance to customers.
• Train customers or operators on proper equipment use and maintenance.
• Prepare service reports, maintenance records, and documentation.
• Maintain spare-parts inventory and coordinate replacement parts when required.
• Follow safety procedures, company standards, and technical specifications.
• Coordinate with sales, engineering, production, and support teams to resolve complex issues.
• Monitor equipment performance and recommend improvements or upgrades.
• Travel to customer locations when on-site support is required.
• Maintain good customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Stay updated on new technologies, products, and technical procedures.
