Job summary

Tekskills in Pune is seeking a Senior Scrum Master with strong experience in Agile practices to lead cross-functional teams and drive successful project delivery. You will champion Scrum, facilitate ceremonies, and partner with product owners to align backlog with business goals.

You will coach teams, remove impediments, and monitor metrics such as velocity and throughput, using Jira, Confluence and Azure DevOps to enhance collaboration. A background in SAFe and cloud exposure is a plus.
