Job summary

Netm Corporate Solutions in Hyderabad, Telangana, is seeking an experienced Scrum Master / Agile Scrum Master with 3 to 6 years of experience to facilitate Agile delivery, coach cross-functional teams, remove impediments, and drive continuous improvement.

The ideal candidate should demonstrate hands-on expertise with Scrum, Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, Agile metrics, stakeholder management, team facilitation, and Agile delivery practices across full software delivery cycles.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Scrum Master.
• Strong facilitation of Scrum ceremonies and Agile practices.
• Experience working with cross-functional and distributed teams.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Daily Scrum, Sprint Planning, Backlog Refinement, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospectives.
• Partner with Product Owners to ensure backlog readiness, prioritization, and clear sprint goals.
• Identify and remove impediments affecting team productivity and delivery.
• Coach development teams, Product Owners, and stakeholders on Agile/Scrum practices.
• Promote self-organization, accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Track Agile metrics including velocity, burndown/burnup, cycle time, throughput, and team health.
• Identify delivery risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks.
• Coordinate cross‑team dependencies across Development, QA, DevOps, Product, and Business teams.
• Facilitate stakeholder communication and provide transparent sprint/release updates.
• Conduct retrospectives and drive actionable improvement initiatives.
• Support Agile maturity and process improvement.
• Maintain sprint and project information using Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps.
• Support release planning and deployment coordination when required.
