Job summary

GyanSys Inc. in Hyderabad is seeking a strong SAP PP/QM Consultant with hands-on experience in SAP Production Planning and Quality Management to lead implementations, rollouts, and ongoing support.

The role requires deep knowledge of PP-QM integration with MM, SD, and other modules, exposure to S/4HANA projects, and the ability to analyze business needs, configure solutions, troubleshoot issues, and provide solid functional support while engaging stakeholders effectively.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience in SAP PP & QM implementation, rollout, and support projects.
• Expertise in Production Planning, MRP, BOM, Routing, Work Centers, Production Orders, and Capacity Planning
• SAP QM – Quality Planning, Inspection, Quality Control, Notifications, and Certificates
• PP-QM integration with MM, SD, and other SAP modules.
• Experience on SAP S/4HANA projects preferred.
• Analyze business requirements, configure solutions, troubleshoot issues, and provide functional support.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead SAP PP/QM implementation, rollout, and support projects.
• Configure PP and QM processes across Production Planning, MRP, BOM, Routing, and orders.
• Ensure PP-QM integration with MM, SD, and related modules.
• Support SAP S/4HANA projects and migrations as needed.
• Analyze requirements, design solutions, and troubleshoot functional issues.
• Engage with stakeholders and manage expectations effectively.
