Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services in Chennai seeks an experienced SAP PP/QM Consultant with deep Production Planning and Quality Management expertise in SAP ECC and S/4HANA. The ideal candidate has end-to-end implementation experience and strong cross-functional integration across MM, SD, EWM, PM, CO and MES.

You will gather requirements, design SAP PP/QM solutions, lead SIT/UAT, manage cutover and hypercare, and support data migration and WRICEF development while collaborating with global stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience in end-to-end SAP PP/QM implementations.
• Strong knowledge of Production Planning and Quality Management in SAP ECC/S4HANA.
• Experience integrating MM, SD, EWM, PM, CO and MES modules.

Responsibilities

• Gather business requirements and design SAP PP/QM solutions.
• Configure and support PP processes: MRP, Production Orders, BOM, Routing, Work Centers, Capacity Planning, Batch Management.
• Configure QM processes: Inspection Plans, MICs, Sampling Procedures, Quality Notifications, Results Recording, Usage Decision.
• Lead SIT, UAT, Cutover, Go-Live, and Hypercare.
• Perform integration testing across SAP modules.
• Support data migration, enhancements, and WRICEF development.
• Collaborate with business users and global stakeholders throughout project lifecycle.
