Job summary

UST is seeking an experienced SAP PP/QM Consultant to join our team in India. The role requires hands-on experience with SAP ECC/S/4HANA, production planning, quality management, and strong PP-QM integration capabilities.

You will configure PP and QM processes, support cross-functional integration with MM/SD/PM, and contribute to implementation, rollout, testing, UAT, and hypercare activities. Prior exposure to MES/Anaplan integration is a plus.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in SAP PP/QM workflows and processes.
• Experience with ECC/S/4HANA platforms in production planning and quality management.
• Experience in implementation and support projects for SAP PP/QM.

Responsibilities

• Configure and support SAP PP processes including MRP, BOM, Routing, Work Centers, Production Orders, Demand Management, and Capacity Planning.
• Configure and support SAP QM processes including Inspection Plans, MIC, Sampling Procedures, QM Notifications, Quality Info Records, and DMR.
• Handle PP-QM integration, including Inspection Types 03/04.
• Participate in SAP implementation, rollout, testing, UAT, Go-Live, and hypercare activities.
• Provide L2/L3 production support and resolve PP/QM issues within SLA.
• Prepare Functional Specifications and coordinate with ABAP/technical teams.
• Work with cross-functional teams including MM, SD, PM, and external systems.
• Exposure to MES/Anaplan integration, IDocs, and APIs is an added advantage.
