Job summary

Mobolutions seeks a PMO Analyst with Agile, JIRA and MIS expertise to support project management, streamline processes, and deliver insightful reports across the HR project portfolio in Chennai. You will collaborate with project managers, development teams and stakeholders, maintain JIRA boards, prepare PowerPoint/Visio documentation, and help manage meetings and resources.

This role requires strong coordination, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to translate complex project data

Qualifications

• Experience in PMO, Agile, MIS reporting and stakeholder communication.
• Ability to coordinate and compile project management reports and dashboards.
• Familiarity with JIRA, MS Office tools and documentation standards.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the compilation of project management reports.
• Provide cover for Lead Consultant/Project Manager and liaise with internal teams.
• Maintain JIRA boards for all projects and ensure up-to-date status.
• Create PowerPoint and Visio documentation for complex project issues.
• Arrange project meetings and manage logistics (attendees, room, catering).
• Manage monthly financial reporting for the HR project portfolio.
• Provide Project Central support for new project setup and security role changes.
• Coordinate project resource changes and update of project documents.
• Assist in identifying matrix changes and re-categorization as Standard changes.

Job description

We are seeking a skilled PMO (Project Management Office) Analyst with expertise in Agile methodologies, JIRA, and Management Information Systems (MIS). The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting project management activities, ensuring project efficiency, and facilitating communication between stakeholders. The PMO Analyst will work closely with project managers, development teams, and other stakeholders to streamline processes, track project progress, and provide valuable insights through MIS.

Required Skills

• Co-ordinating the compilation of project management reports.
• To provide cover for Lead consultant (Project Manager) as appropriate (includes liaising with Internal Consultants, Technical Consultants, Training Team, Managed Services).
• Maintaining JIRA and JIRA boards for all the projects.
• Scrum Master will be a plus.
• Closely work with the project managers to provide project management support.
• Create PowerPoint and Visio documentation to facilitate understanding of complex project issues to document project or process flows.
• Arrange project meetings and ensure successful meeting facilitation including the management of attendee availability/confirmation, room assignments, catering.
• Manage the monthly financial reporting process for the HR project portfolio.
• Provide Project Central support for the Project Manager including new project set up, security role changes, documentation management.
• Coordinate project resource changes, including space, equipment, and update of project documentation (team lists, organization charts).
• Assist in identifying changes required to the matrix.
• Follow process for re-categorizing as Standard changes.
