Job summary

Seleccionconsulting in Hyderabad, India is seeking an experienced Lead Consultant to configure and support OpenText Vendor Invoice Management (VIM) for SAP solutions. The role requires strong SAP VIM knowledge, experience with FI-AP and MM invoice processes, and the ability to lead client discussions and translate business needs into technical solutions.

Qualifications

• Lead Consultant who has good experience in configuring and supporting OpenText Vendor Invoice Management (VIM) for SAP solutions.
• SAP functional consulting experience, with significant experience in OpenText VIM for SAP.
• Strong knowledge of SAP VIM invoice processing, document types, business rules, workflows, approval processes, and exception handling.
• Hands-on experience with SAP FI-AP and MM invoice processes, Procure to Pay Cycle.
• Experience with PO and non-PO invoice processing.
• Strong understanding of SAP invoice verification and accounting document posting.
• Experience integrating VIM SAP S/4HANA.

Responsibilities

• Lead functional discussions independently with business users to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Support and configure OpenText VIM for SAP, including workflows and approvals.
• Ensure effective integration with SAP FI-AP, MM, and Finance modules and procure-to-pay processes.
• Troubleshoot issues, provide analytical insights, and communicate clearly with clients.

• SAP functional consulting experience, with significant experience in OpenText VIM for SAP.


• Strong knowledge of SAP VIM invoice processing, document types, business rules, workflows, approval processes, and exception handling.


• Hands-on experience with SAP FI-AP and MM invoice processes, Procure to Pay Cycle.


• Experience with PO and non-PO invoice processing.


• Strong understanding of SAP invoice verification and accounting document posting.


• Experience integrating VIM SAP S/4HANA.


• Good understanding of SAP Workflow and integration concepts.


• Experience working with OCR/document capture technologies used with VIM.


• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.


• Ability to work directly with business users and translate requirements into technical solutions.
