Price Waterhouse Cooper LLP is seeking an experienced SAP VIM OpenText lead in Pune, India to design and implement invoice management solutions within SAP S/4HANA Finance. You will tailor configurations, workflows, and OCR integrations, collaborating with FI/MM teams and ABAP specialists to ensure seamless end-to-end processing.

The role requires 5+ years in SAP VIM/OpenText, strong knowledge of ArchiveLink, workflow, forms, and Fiori, and experience with Agile/Waterfall methodologies.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with SAP Vendor Invoice Management (OpenText) implementations.
• Proven experience in SAP S/4HANA Finance (Accounts Payable and Invoice Management) implementations.
• Strong knowledge of SAP VIM components including invoice capture/configuration, workflow management, ArchiveLink, and exception handling.
• Familiarity with OCR solutions and integration with SAP VIM.
• Experience with SAP Workflow, SmartForms, Adobe Forms and SAP Fiori apps related to invoice processing.
• Understanding of SAP S/4HANA data models and finance process flows involving invoice management.
• Ability to interpret business requirements and design scalable SAP VIM solutions.
• Good communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working in Agile and Waterfall project methodologies.
• Proficiency in preparing functional/specification documents and delivering end-user training.

• Customize invoice capture processes, including OCR/ICR integration, invoice verification, and exception handling using OpenText VIM tools.
• Configure SAP ArchiveLink, SAP Business Workflow, SmartForms, and Adobe Forms for invoice processing scenarios.
• Design and implement invoice approval workflows in SAP VIM to streamline accounts payable processes.
• Support integration between SAP VIM, SAP S/4HANA, and third-party systems (e.g., OCR engines).
• Participate in testing phases including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Provide support during go-live and post-go-live periods including troubleshooting and issue resolution.
• Prepare and deliver end-user training and create detailed documentation and user guides.
• Collaborate with SAP functional FI/MM consultants and technical ABAP teams to ensure seamless integration.
• Keep updated on latest SAP VIM/OpenText releases and SAP S/4HANA innovations related to invoice management.
