Deloitte & Touche GmbH Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaft seeks a SAP VIM Consultant with 8+ years of experience to lead OpenText VIM implementations and AP optimization in Bengaluru. You will drive end-to-end projects, integrate with SAP ECC/S/4HANA, and collaborate with Finance to map requirements.

The role requires strong knowledge of VIM configuration, DP/IP workflows, OCR/ICC integration, and reporting, with hands-on ABAP debugging and IDOC/BAPI experience.

• Lead SAP VIM implementation, rollout, upgrade, and support projects.
• Configure and customize OpenText VIMsolutions to meet business needs.
• Design invoice capture, validation, approval workflows, and exception handling.
• Integrate SAP VIM with SAP ECC and/or S/4HANA environments.
• Collaborate with Finance teams to gather requirements and define processes.
• Prepare functional specs and support testing (Unit, SIT, UAT).
• Develop project documentation and training materials.
• Troubleshoot VIM production issues and drive process improvements.

• As a SAP Vendor Invoice Management (VIM) Consultant with 8+ years of experience in SAP solutions, including extensive expertise in OpenText VIM, Accounts Payable automation, invoice processing, and SAP integrations.
• Should be capable of leading end-to-end implementations, support engagements, enhancements, and business process optimization initiatives.
• Lead SAP VIM implementation, rollout, upgrade, and support projects.
• Configure and customize OpenText VIM solutions based on business requirements.
• Design and implement invoice capture, validation, approval workflows, exception handling, and reporting.
• Integrate SAP VIM with SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA environments.
• Work closely with business stakeholders from Finance and Accounts Payable teams to gather and analyse requirements.
• Configure and support: Document Processing (DP), Invoice Processing (IP), Business Centre, OCR/ICC integration, Archive Server integration,Workflow configuration
• Troubleshoot and resolve VIM-related production issues.
• Perform root cause analysis and recommend process improvements.
• Prepare functional specifications and collaborate with ABAP teams for custom developments.
• Support testing activities including Unit Testing, SIT, UAT, and go-live support.
• Develop and maintain project documentation, knowledge transfer documents, and training materials.
• 8 + years of SAP experience with 8+ years of hands-on OpenText VIM experience.
• Strong knowledge of: SAP FI/AP processes, Invoice Management lifecycle, OpenText VIM configuration, SAP Workflow, SAP Archive Link, OCR/ICC solutions
• Experience in SAP ECC and/or S/4HANA environments.
• Expertise in: DP Document Types, VIM Process Types, Exception Handling, Approval Workflows, Dashboard and Reporting
• Experience with IDOCs, BAPIs, and SAP integration technologies.
• Knowledge of ABAP debugging and enhancements.
• Strong understanding of Accounts Payable business processes.

Qualification

Graduate degree (Science or Engineering) – B.Sc ( I.T), B.Sc ( Computer Science ) , B.E/B.Tech or MBA.
