Job summary

Pi Square Technologies is seeking a VIM consultant with 3–4+ years of experience to manage OpenText VIM configurations and SAP integrations in SAP FI/AP and MM environments. The role emphasizes AMS, enhancements, OCR integration, and end-to-end invoice processing improvements.

You will lead workflow setup, validations, and exception handling while coordinating with stakeholders and supporting UAT, production support, and go-live activities in SAP-centric P2P processes.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of OpenText VIM (Vendor Invoice Management) workflows and configurations.
• 3–4+ years handling AMS and enhancements in VIM projects.
• Experience with at least one SAP VIM implementation project.

Responsibilities

• Configure and optimize VIM workflows, approvals, exception handling, and business rules.
• Support SAP FI/AP and MM processes, especially Procure-to-Pay and Accounts Payable.
• Integrate OCR/invoice capture with VIM and ensure validation and error handling.
• Participate in UAT, production support, go-live, and cutover activities.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and document solutions clearly.

Job description

Role & responsibilities

• Strong knowledge in VIM, Opentext configuration, OCR, ARIBA, Invoice processing/automation
  Candidate should have worked in atleast 1 implementation and having more than 3-4 years of handling AMS and Enhancements

• Strong hands-on experience with OpenText VIM / Vendor Invoice Management for SAP.
  

Good understanding of SAP FI/AP and MM processes, particularly Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Accounts Payable processes.

Experience with VIM workflow configuration, approval processes, exception handling, business rules, and invoice validation.

Knowledge of OCR/invoice capture technologies and integration with VIM.

Good understanding of SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA architecture and integration points.

Understanding of SAP integration technologies such as SAP AIF, IDocs, APIs, web services, XML/JSON, or similar integration mechanisms is an advantage.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to understand business requirements and translate them into effective VIM solutions.

Hands-on experience with UAT, production support, enhancements, upgrades, and go-live/cutover activities.

Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder-management skills.
