Codeforce 360 is seeking an experienced SAP VIM Consultant with hands-on work in OpenText VIM and SAP FI/MM integration. You will configure and support VIM solutions, manage PO-based and Non-PO invoices, and optimize invoice workflows.

The role requires strong troubleshooting, workflow monitoring, and collaboration with business and technical teams. Prior SAP ECC/S/4HANA experience is essential for successful delivery.

• 5+ years of hands-on SAP VIM/OpenText VIM experience.
• Deep knowledge of SAP VIM configuration and invoice workflows.
• Experience with PO and Non-PO invoices.
• Understanding of SAP FI/MM integration.
• Experience in workflow monitoring, exception handling, and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA.
• Experience in implementation, rollout, or production support projects is preferred.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Configure VIM workflows, approvals, and document processing.
• Troubleshoot invoice processing issues and monitor workflows.

• Handle production support, incidents, and root-cause analysis within SLAs.
• Collaborate with business and tech teams to improve invoice processing efficiency.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in SAP VIM implementation, configuration, application support, and troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure, implement, and support OpenText VIM solutions integrated with SAP ECC or SAP S/4HANA.
• Manage PO-based and Non-PO invoice processing, validation, and exception handling.
• Work on VIM workflow configuration, invoice approval processes, and document processing.
• Troubleshoot invoice processing issues and monitor workflow execution.
• Support SAP FI/MM integration and resolve invoice posting-related issues.
• Handle production support, incident management, root cause analysis, and SLA-based activities.
• Collaborate with business users and technical teams to improve invoice processing efficiency.

Required Skills
