Job summary

WillWare Technologies in Bengaluru seeks a Senior SAP ICM Developer with deep SAP Commissions and Callidus experience to design and deliver enterprise incentive solutions. You will lead data integration, transformation, and payout processing while coordinating across ERP, CRM, and HR systems.

You will guide technical design, deployments, and production support, mentor junior developers, and drive improvements in data quality and process automation. Strong SQL and ETL skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of IT experience, including 5+ years hands-on SAP Commissions/ICM/Callidus Commissions.
• Strong expertise in compensation plans, crediting, quotas, territories, hierarchies, and payout processing.
• Hands-on SAP Data Integration and ETL with large-volume master and transactional data loads.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, configure, and support SAP ICM solutions for compensation plans, quotas, and payout processing.
• Configure pipelines, processing units, rules, calendars, workflows, participants, and related components.
• Lead technical design, development, testing, deployment, data migration, and post-production stabilization.
• Design and support SAP Data Integration and ETL processes for related data sets.
• Develop data mappings, transformation logic, validation controls, reconciliation routines, exceptions handling and audit checks.
• Monitor and troubleshoot data loads, interfaces, batch jobs, and commission processing cycles.
• Develop complex SQL queries, stored procedures, views for data analysis and performance tuning.
• Support dispute workflows, approval routing, notifications, and production issue resolution.

Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior SAP ICM Developer with strong experience in SAP Commissions, SAP Incentive Management, Callidus Commissions, and SAP Data Integration. The role will lead solution design, development, integration, data processing, commission-cycle execution, enhancements, and production support for enterprise incentive compensation solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, configure, and support SAP ICM solutions covering compensation plans, crediting rules, quotas, territories, hierarchies, classifiers, calculations, bonuses, clawbacks, and payouts.
• Configure and maintain pipelines, processing units, rules, variables, rate tables, lookup tables, calendars, workflows, participants, positions, and related commission components.
• Lead technical design, development, testing, deployment, data migration, enhancements, upgrades, and post production stabilization activities.
• Design and support SAP Data Integration and ETL processes for participant, position, territory, quota, transaction, credit, product, and payment-related data.
• Develop data mappings, transformation logic, validation controls, reconciliation routines, exception handling,
  and audit checks.
• Monitor and troubleshoot inbound and outbound data loads, interfaces, batch jobs, pipeline execution, and commission processing cycles.
• Develop complex SQL queries, stored procedures, views, and database objects for data analysis, reconciliation, defect resolution, and performance optimization.
• Support dispute workflows, approval routing, notifications, case investigation, workflow configuration, and business-user issue resolution.
• Integrate SAP ICM with CRM, ERP, HR, Payroll, and external systems through APIs, files, SFTP, middleware, and database interfaces.
• Perform root-cause analysis for calculation, data quality, integration, and production issues; implement approved fixes and validate outcomes.
• Collaborate with business, functional, integration, reporting, and infrastructure teams while mentoring junior
  developers and conducting technical reviews.

Mandatory Skills

• 8+ years of IT experience, including at least 5 years of hands-on experience in SAP Commissions, SAP ICM, SAP Incentive Management, or Callidus Commissions.
• Strong expertise in compensation plans, crediting, measurement, quotas, territories, hierarchies, classifiers, incentive calculations, bonuses, clawbacks, and payout processing.
• Hands-on SAP Data Integration and ETL experience, including large-volume master and transactional data loads.
• Strong SQL development and troubleshooting skills with SAP HANA, SQL Server, Oracle, or comparable relational databases.

Senior SAP ICM Developer

• Experience in data modelling, source-to-target mapping, transformation, validation, reconciliation, rejection
  handling, and batch recovery.
• Experience with SAP ICM dispute workflows, approval routing, notifications, configuration, and production
  troubleshooting.
• Experience integrating SAP ICM with CRM, ERP, HR Payroll, and other enterprise systems using APIs, flat files,
  SFTP, or middleware.
• Knowledge of end-to-end commission processing, application support, incident management, root-cause analysis, and performance tuning.
• Experience leading technical design, development, deployment, migration, documentation, and knowledge transfer activities.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Incentive Management.
• Exposure to SAP Data Services, SAP Integration Suite, Informatica, Boomi, MuleSoft, or comparable integration platforms.
• Experience with Embedded Analytics, Crystal Reports or other operational reporting solutions.
• Experience in implementation, AMS, hypercare, warranty support, vendor transition, and production support engagements.
• Knowledge of Agile, DevOps, and ITIL delivery practices.
• Prior experience mentoring developers and providing technical leadership.
