Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services in Bengaluru is looking for an experienced SAP Commissions/CallidusCloud expert to design and implement incentive compensation solutions. The role requires strong knowledge of ICM, commission plans, quotas, and territory management.

The candidate should have hands-on experience with end-to-end implementation and be adept at stakeholder communication to deliver successful projects in a dynamic client environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on experience in SAP Commissions / CallidusCloud.
• Strong knowledge of Incentive Compensation Management (ICM).
• Experience in Commission Plan Configuration, Incentive Compensation Design, Credit & Territory Management, Quotas and Targets, Commission Calculation Engine, Pipeline and Reward Processing.
• Experience with SQL for data validation and reporting.
• Strong understanding of sales compensation processes.
• Experience in end-to-end implementation and support projects.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SAP Commissions implementations and support projects.
• Configure commission plans and incentive schemes to align with client needs.
• Validate data and generate reports using SQL for accuracy.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide project updates.
