Birlasoft Limited is seeking an experienced SAP FICO Senior Consultant with 8-10 years of domain expertise in SAP Finance & Controlling, and strong S/4HANA implementation, support, and rollout capabilities.

The role emphasizes end-to-end process integration with MM, SD, and PP, along with data migration and regulatory localization requirements. S/4HANA Finance certification is preferred.

Formación

• 8-10 years of SAP FICO consulting experience.
• Minimum 2 end-to-end SAP/S4HANA implementations.
• Strong knowledge of GL, AP, AR, AA, Bank Accounting, Cash & Bank Ops, CF & Liquidity Forecasting.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct requirement gathering, BBP sessions, and solution design.
• Configure SAP FI/CO processes per business requirements.
• Prepare functional specs and collaborate with tech teams.
• Lead SIT, UAT, cutover, training, and post go-live support.
• Support data migration using SAP Migration Cockpit.
• Coordinate with MM, SD, PP for end-to-end integration.
• Support GST, E-Invoicing, E-Way Bill, TDS, TCS and localization.

SAP FICO Senior Consultant Experience: 8-10 Years Position Description Seeking an experienced SAP FICO Senior Consultant with 8-10 years of experience in SAP Finance & Controlling and strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA implementations, support, and rollouts.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct requirement gathering, BBP workshops, and solution design sessions.
• Configure SAP FI/CO processes based on business requirements.
• Prepare functional specifications and work closely with technical teams for developments.
• Conduct SIT, UAT, cutover, user training, and post go-live support.
• Support data migration activities using SAP Migration Cockpit.
• Collaborate with MM, SD, and PP teams for end-to-end process integration.
• Support statutory and localization requirements.

Required Skills

• 8-10 years of SAP FICO consulting experience.
• Minimum 2+ end-to-end SAP/S4HANA implementations.
• Strong experience in: General Ledger (GL) Accounts Payable (AP) Accounts Receivable (AR) Asset Accounting (AA) Bank Accounting Cash & Bank Operations Bank Reconciliation Payment Proposals Cash Flow & Liquidity Forecasting
• Controlling experience in: Cost Center Accounting (CCA) Profit Center Accounting (PCA) Segment Reporting
• Strong knowledge of GST, E-Invoicing, E-Way Bill, TDS, and TCS.
• Experience working in integrated environments with MM, SD, and PP.
• Hands-on SAP S/4HANA implementation experience (Mandatory).
• Experience with SAP Fiori transactions and Analytical Apps.
• Experience using SAP Data Migration Cockpit.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Preferred SAP S/4HANA Finance Certification.
• Experience in rollout, transformation, and AMS engagements.
