Job summary

Birlasoft is seeking an experienced SAP FICO Senior Consultant with 8-10 years of experience in SAP Finance & Controlling and strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA implementations, support, and rollouts.

Based in Bengaluru, you will lead workshops, configure FI/CO, prepare functional specs, and drive end-to-end integration with MM, SD, and PP while ensuring statutory and localization compliance.

Qualifications

• 8-10 years of SAP FICO consulting experience.
• Minimum 2+ end-to-end SAP/S4HANA implementations.
• Strong experience in: GL, AP, AR, AA, Bank Accounting.

Responsibilities

• Conduct requirement gathering, BBP workshops, and solution design sessions.
• Configure SAP FI/CO processes based on business requirements.
• Prepare functional specifications and work closely with technical teams for developments.
• Conduct SIT, UAT, cutover, user training, and post go-live support.
• Support data migration activities using SAP Migration Cockpit.
• Collaborate with MM, SD, and PP teams for end-to-end process integration.
• Support statutory and localization requirements.
