Job summary

Birlasoft is seeking an experienced SAP FICO Senior Consultant with 7-9 years of experience in SAP Finance & Controlling and strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA implementations, support, and rollouts. The role focuses on GL, AP, AR, and CO processes across integrated MM, SD, and PP environments.

You will lead requirement gathering, design sessions, and drive end-to-end SAP FI/CO configurations, data migration, and post go-live support, ensuring GST, E-Invoicing, and tax compliance are met.

Qualifications

• 7–9 years of SAP FICO consulting experience.
• Minimum 2 end-to-end SAP/S4HANA implementations.
• Hands-on SAP S/4HANA implementation experience (Mandatory).
• Strong knowledge of GST, E-Invoicing, E-Way Bill, TDS, and TCS.
• Experience working in integrated MM, SD, and PP environments.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct requirement gathering, BBP workshops, and solution design sessions.
• Configure SAP FI/CO processes based on business requirements.
• Prepare functional specifications and work closely with technical teams for developments.
• Conduct SIT, UAT, cutover, user training, and post go-live support.
• Support data migration activities using SAP Migration Cockpit.
• Collaborate with MM, SD, and PP teams for end-to-end process integration.
• Support statutory and localization requirements.
