Birlasoft Limited in Bengaluru, India, seeks an experienced SAP FICO Senior Consultant with 7-9 years of expertise in SAP FI/CO, GST, and S/4HANA. The role focuses on leading finance and controlling modules across implementations, support, and rollouts.

You will drive requirements, design sessions, functional specs, and coordinate with MM, SD, and PP teams, ensuring data migration using SAP Migration Cockpit and successful Go-Lives.

Qualifications

• 7-9 years of SAP FICO consulting experience.
• Minimum 2 end-to-end SAP/S4HANA implementations.
• Strong knowledge of GL, AP, AR, AA, Bank Accounting, Cash & Bank Operations, Bank Reconciliation, Payment Proposals, Cash Flow & Liquidity Forecasting.
• Controlling: Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Segment Reporting.
• GST, E-Invoicing, E-Way Bill, TDS, and TCS knowledge.
• Hands-on SAP S/4HANA implementation experience mandatory.
• Experience with SAP Data Migration Cockpit.
• Experience with SAP Fiori transactions and Analytical Apps.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

Position Description Seeking an experienced SAP FICO Senior Consultant with 7-9 years of experience in SAP Finance & Controlling and strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA implementations, support, and rollouts.

• Hands‑on SAP S/4HANA implementation experience (Mandatory).

• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred

• SAP S/4HANA Finance Certification.
