Job summary

Birlasoft is seeking an experienced SAP FICO Senior Consultant with 8-10 years of experience in SAP Finance & Controlling and strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA implementations, support, and rollouts. The role demands hands-on SAP S/4HANA implementation experience and collaboration across MM, SD, and PP teams.

The candidate will conduct requirement gathering, design sessions, configure FI/CO processes, and support data migration and post go-live activities.

Qualifications

• 8-10 years of SAP FICO consulting experience.
• Minimum 2+ end-to-end SAP/S4HANA implementations.
• Strong knowledge of General Ledger, AP, AR, and Asset Accounting.

Responsibilities

• Conduct requirement gathering, BBP workshops, and solution design sessions.
• Configure SAP FI/CO processes based on business requirements.
• Prepare functional specifications and work closely with technical teams for developments.
• Conduct SIT, UAT, cutover, user training, and post go-live support.
• Support data migration activities using SAP Migration Cockpit.
• Collaborate with MM, SD, and PP teams for end-to-end process integration.
• Support statutory and localization requirements.
