Job summary

Forward Eye Technologies is seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA Consultant focused on Customer Service (CS) to join our team in India. You will analyze customer requirements and customize the CS module to meet objectives, using strong technical and configuration skills.

You will leverage 5+ years of SAP SD experience to ensure CS–SD integration with MM, LE and FI, and work on repair processing, service orders, and related integrations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on experience in SAP CS
• Proficiency in SAP S/4HANA
• Strong understanding of CS integration with other SAP modules
• Onsite/offshore delivery experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively verbally and in writing, including management-level presentations.
• Willingness to work in an onsite/offshore delivery model.

They will possess strong technical and configuration skills, along with a deep understanding of CS module functionalities.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze customer business requirements and tailor the SAP CS module to meet their objectives.
• Utilize strong SAP technical and configuration knowledge to implement solutions in the CS module.
• Leverage 5+ years of SAP SD experience to ensure seamless integration between CS and SD modules.
• Demonstrate expertise in integrating CS and SD with Material Management (MM), Logistics Execution (LE), and Financial Accounting (FI) modules.
• Possess extensive knowledge of repair processing, goods receipt, storage location, and tracking, with a focus on integration with SAP Service Order processing.
• Provide comprehensive understanding of service work orders and their integration throughout the repair process.
• Collaborate closely with business teams to understand requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
• Communicate effectively through verbal and written means, including articulating business and functional requirements, management-level presentations, and proposals.
• Willingness to work in an onsite/offshore delivery model.

Desired Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in the SAP CS module.
• Proficiency in SAP S/4HANA.
• Strong understanding of integration points between CS and other SAP modules.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• SAP certification in CS or related modules is a plus.
