Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Design Service Cloud solutions for scalable customer service across channels.
• Develop Apex and LWC components with SOQL and Salesforce APIs.
• Configure Case Management, OmniChannel, entitlements and workflow flows.
• Build intelligent routing, automation using Flows and Apex.

Role & responsibilities

• Service Cloud Solution Design Architect, design, and implement scalable Salesforce Service Cloud solutions that enhance Autodesks customer support and omnichannel service experiences.
• Apex and LWC Development Develop robust, reusable components using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and Salesforce APIs to deliver high-performance, maintainable applications.
• Case Management and OmniChannel Configure and customize Service Cloud features such as Case Management, OmniChannel routing, Entitlements, Milestones, Knowledge, and Email-to-Case/Web-to-Case flows.
• Intelligent Routing and Automation Design intelligent case assignment and routing logic based on product, region, language, entitlement, and agent skill criteria using Flows, Apex, and declarative tools.
• Integration Engineering Build secure, scalable integrations between Salesforce and Autodesks enterprise platforms (ERP, identity, contact center, data systems) using REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, and CDC.
• Performance Optimization Optimize Salesforce implementations for performance, scalability, and security while adhering to governor limits and best practices.
• Automation and Configuration Implement automation using Salesforce Flow, Apex, and integration services, ensuring minimal custom code and clear separation of business rules from application logic.
• Testing and Quality Assurance Develop automated unit, integration, and regression tests; participate in code reviews, architecture sessions, and release governance to maintain engineering quality.
• Monitoring and Observability Establish monitoring and observability for integrations, routing automation, and asynchronous processes to ensure reliability and proactive issue detection.
• DevOps and CI/CD Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, source control, and release management practices for Salesforce deployments using Git and modern DevOps tools.
• Technical Leadership and Mentorship Mentor junior engineers, enforce coding standards, and provide architectural guidance on Service Cloud development and integration patterns.
