Job summary

Charter Global is seeking a Salesforce Senior Developer to design, develop, and implement Salesforce Service Cloud solutions. The ideal candidate has 5–10 years of hands-on experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL/SOSL, and Salesforce integrations.

The candidate will work on security, scalability, and performance, while collaborating with architects, analysts, and product owners. Mentoring junior developers and contributing to technical standards are expected.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of experience in Salesforce Development.
• Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Service Cloud.
• Expertise in Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Strong knowledge of SOQL and SOSL.

• Experience with Flows and Lightning Experience.

• Participate in technical design, code reviews, unit testing, deployments, and production support.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex Salesforce application and integration issues.
• Collaborate with architects, business analysts, product owners, and cross-functional teams.
• Support the rollout and adoption of Salesforce Service Cloud across multiple business units.
