Job summary

Huron Consulting Group is seeking a Salesforce QA test engineer with 4+ years of hands-on experience in manual testing and QA delivery. You will design test cases, execute tests, and work with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality releases across our India centers.

The role requires strong knowledge of Salesforce technology, Agile processes, and tools like Azure DevOps and Jira. Excellent communication is essential to coordinate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Salesforce QA test engineer with 4+ years of relevant experience on manual testing. Hands on with testing, test designing and accountable for the QA delivery with high quality.

Must Have

• Experience working with Salesforce Technology.
• Analysis, design, implementation and execution of the test cases for a given project.
• Experience leveraging AI tools for QA tasks.
• Maintaining cordial relationships between cross functional teams like development, configuration management, program management, product managers etc.
• Sending crisp and clear status to the higher management.
• Creating and defining risks contingencies and plans.
• Experience with Agile Development processes, and methodologies.
• Working knowledge of Azure Devops/ Jira or similar project management/issue tracking tools.
• Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills.

Good to Have

• Salesforce sales cloud consultant certification
