Job summary

Huron is seeking a Salesforce QA test engineer with 4+ years of hands-on testing experience. The role focuses on manual testing, test design and QA delivery with high quality, while coordinating with cross-functional teams.

Ideal candidates will leverage AI tools for QA tasks, follow Agile practices and maintain crisp status updates for leadership. Certification in Salesforce Admin is preferred and exposure to Salesforce automation testing is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience with Salesforce technology and QA testing on complex projects.
• Ability to design, implement and execute test cases and test plans.
• Experience using AI tools to support QA tasks and automation.
• Strong communication across development, PM and product teams.
• Ability to craft clear status updates and risk contingencies.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and CI/CD processes.
• Working knowledge of Azure DevOps or Jira.

Salesforce QA test engineer with 4+ years of relevant experience on manual testing. Hands on with testing, test designing and accountable for the QA delivery with high quality.

Must Have

• Experience working with Salesforce Technology.
• Analysis, design, implementation and execution of the test cases for a given project.
• Experience leveraging AI tools for QA tasks.
• Maintaining cordial relationships between cross functional teams like development, configuration management, program management, product managers etc.
• Sending crisp and clear status to the higher management.
• Creating and defining risks contingencies and plans.
• Experience with Agile Development processes, and methodologies.
• Working knowledge of Azure Devops/Jira or similar project management/issue tracking tools.
